A People of Prayer & Action

Rev. Dan Copperwheat  Date: 20/03/20

In keeping with government advice, GRBC have suspended all public meetings in the building.

This includes regular Sunday worship, our TOTs groups, Senior’s Lunch Club and all Prayer and Study Gatherings.

We will be responsive, and will attempt to update our website and social media channels with relevant and timely news.

Please pray with us as a leadership team as we seek to serve and love our community, and one another, with wisdom, kindness and care.

Perhaps most importantly during this time is our commitment to our community– to caring well for them at a time of high anxiety and uncertainty. We are in the process of ensuring that we have strong pastoral networks, particularly to ensure that we look after the most vulnerable and elderly in our congregation.

The Pastoral care team have already been in touch with many of our community to ensure that we have a good overview of who is in particular need, and of the best and most appropriate ways in which to care for them.

We will communicate to the church mainly via our website and social media channels to keep you updated and to encourage people to make contact if they are self-isolating or feeling anxious.

If you need support during this challenging time. Please do not hesitate to get in touch and let us know.

If you are able to provide support to the vulnerable or isolated we would also love to hear form you.
